We accept all major health funds but we are preferred provider for BUPA, HCF, NIB and Westfund. My Physio My Health Kilkenny is also a NDIS Registered Provider and we accept Government vouchers including Medicare EPC, Workcover, DVA, Return to Work SA and MVA.

Bring Xrays, MRI or CT scans, reports, doctors letters and a list of any medications you are taking.
Wear loose fitting clothing - you may be more comfortable wearing shorts and a singlet type top - there is an area for you to change.
Physiotherapy is not covered by Medicare unless you have complex care needs in which case your doctor may refer you for up to 5 physiotherapy visits per calendar year. You will require a Team Care Plan and Medicare referral from your doctor. There is a $20 GAP for an assessment consultation and $10 GAP for subsequent consultations.
