Jess has a great passion for all things food, especially the joy it can bring people. She studied a Masters of Nutrition in Dietetics at Flinders University to pair with her undergraduate in Nutrition and Food Science. So, you could say I know a little something about food. Her big passion areas include Health At Every Size®, eating disorders and paediatric nutrition.
Jess’ approach to how she practices is non-conventional and is no way the food police. She practices with a non-diet approach and weight neutral attitudes in a hope to help people remove pressure to eat and move for weight loss but rather for enjoyment. To do this she practices in a way that embraces the health at every size paradigm, intuitive eating and mindfulness with the main goals for her client’s ditch food rules, reject diet culture, make peace with food and themselves to best support their overall health & wellbeing.
When Jess is not fighting the war on diet culture, she is an avid gardener or out finding a new hobby and adventures with her friends and family.
