Natalia has a passion for promoting a healthier lifestyle for her clients. After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Personal Trainer qualification in Brazil, Natalia earned her Remedial Massage diploma in Australia. This allows her to treat sports injuries, chronic muscle pains, arthritis, and other injuries.
Natalia's knowledge in Physical Education, as a Personal Trainer, and practising Remedial Massage puts her in a prime position to help people develop a truly holistic approach to healthy living.

Natalia is a proud member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT), and collaborates with physiotherapists at My Physio My Health to achieve positive health outcomes for patients.
Hobbies/ Outside interests:
Outside of work Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, and cooking Brazilian food and desserts.
