Ricardo graduated from the University of South Australia with a Master of Physiotherapy. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies at Flinders University. Ultimately, he graduated with a genuine desire to make a difference in the function of clients and to help them achieve their full potential.
Ricardo has experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a strong interest in utilising evidence-based techniques, such as manual therapy in combination with exercise prescription, to develop rehabilitation programs, achieve dayto-day individual goals, and importantly, guide clients in the right direction towards recovery. He uses a proactive approach to treatment and will aim to work with you on prevention and self-management strategies.
Ricardo chose to join My Physio My Health for their supportive and dynamic team who always puts their clients first. He is keen on sharing his passion for health and wellbeing with My Physio My Health’s great clientele, and with like-minded professionals.
Hobbies/ outside interests:
Outside of the clinic, Ricardo enjoys staying active at the gym, cycling, going for runs, playing soccer or guitar.
