Cervicogenic Headache Exercises to Reduce Pain

Hi, guys. Abhilasha, and I'm going to show you a few exercises that will help you with cerviocogenic headaches. Okay, so the first exercise is chin tuck exercise. Just tuck your chin in towards the bed. And second exercise is chin tuck with lifting your neck. And that's it.

So these exercises will help to open up the stiff joints in your neck. The chin tuck exercise and the second exercise with chin tuck and lifting your neck, that will help to strengthen your front of neck muscles, which are generally weak when you have cerviocogenic headaches.
